Valeria Vatkina

Valeria is the founder and head coach of V.V Rhythmic Academy, bringing over 30 years of experience and a lifelong passion for Rhythmic Gymnastics to her work with young athletes.

A highly accomplished former gymnast, Valeria was a finalist at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, a European gold medallist, Junior European gold medallist (1995), and a two-time World Championships silver medallist (1997 and 1999). She trained in one of Europe’s most renowned rhythmic gymnastics systems, known globally for producing top elite-level athletes.

Valeria’s deep understanding of the Rhythmic Gymnastics sport, combined with her extensive international experience, forms the foundation of her coaching philosophy. She is dedicated to passing on her knowledge, inspiring the next generation, and helping each athlete develop strong technical skills, discipline, and a true love for the sport. Valeria’s goal is not only to support future success in Rhythmic Gymnastics but also to help every gymnast reach their personal best.
