Rhythmic Advanced

Rhythmic Advanced (level 3 and above) 8 years old +

Rhythmic Advanced is a program for dedicated gymnasts aged 8 years and above.

At levels 3 and above, girls learn more difficult body elements, working on their high coordination and balance skills. Continuously learning apparatus elements according to their level requirements. During the trainings gymnasts allocate more time on stretching and choreography.

At competitive levels, it’s expected that girls learn more dancing steps for expression and artistry. Girls learn to perform with all kind of RG apparatus such as rope, ball, hoop, ribbon and clubs.

Gymnasts are encouraged to participate in various competitions throughout the year, including Victorian State Championship and National Clubs Carnival.
